Once your order has been confirmed by email we aim to process and despatch all basic stock within 3 to 5 working days and customised product within 5 to 10 working days. Customised product refers to embroidered, named or any sort of addition to the stock product.

If you have any specific delivery instructions please ensure you note these in the comments section when placing your order.

We use New Zealand Couriers for our deliveries. They will only leave the delivery if someone is available to sign for it unless you provide other instructions at the time you place your order. They are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, so please give physical addresses.

At this time we only deliver within New Zealand.

Freight charges vary depending on the recipients region.
